The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience project consisted of a complete renovation of a historic 5-story, 20,000-square-foot building, with a manufacturing operation within the 22-foot-wide building. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This required it to be retrofitted to accommodate the micro-distillery. The project is now a distillery, tourist attraction, and retail shop.
