Christopher Carmicle (Chris) has over 20-years’ experience in Engineering, Construction, Development and also unique experience in Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E). He is formerly the President, COO & Partner of DMK Development Group, the premier national senior housing and healthcare developer and general construction firm with revenues over $100MM. Prior to DMK, Chris was the President of Brown Jordan, a $400MM manufacturer and distributor of outdoor furnishings. Mr. Carmicle began his career in the construction and engineering industry with River City Development and transitioned into the construction technology sector. Mr. Carmicle currently serves on the Board of Directors for Republic Bank (NASDAQ: RBCAA), serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zoeller Company (OTC: ZOLR), and serves on the Board of Directors for Poly-Wood, Inc. Christopher Carmicle has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Bellarmine University.
