This renovation of the historical site took place in the First National Bank building in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky’s business district. The dense urban construction site required continuing coordination with city and state officials. The project included an art museum, 86 guest rooms, ballroom, flexible meeting and convention space, a full-service bar, and the world class LockBox restaurant.
