Description:

Whiskey Row is where many of Kentucky’s most famous distillers had offices and warehouses. Three historic warehouses are being renovated as a mixed-use development, providing restaurant, office and market-rate apartments all within one project. The total project area is 94,000 square feet. Significant structural and mechanical challenges are involved in producing a historically sensitive design. The project will follow the National Park Service restoration guidelines as part of securing investment tax credits.
