PLC was selected to manage all aspects of the complete renovation of the legendary Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. This $80M renovation includes 1,239 guest rooms and suites, West Tower brasserie-style restaurant Walker’s Exchange with outdoor seating, Jockey Silks Lounge, West Tower lobbies and signature restaurant Swizzle, Conservatory Lounge and Restaurant and East Tower lobby with new bar.
Major renovations include re-imagining guest rooms and public spaces with renewed design, furnishings and finishes inspired by the food, bourbon, horses and colors of Kentucky. The hotel will also introduce fresh culinary concepts to all dining facilities including three new restaurants. The hotel began construction in June 2018 and was completed in 2021.
