Each suite includes individual bedrooms with locks and bathrooms with extra tall stand up shower, individual closets, queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, dresser, desk chair and desk. The common area includes leather furniture not specific, mini fridge and microwave.

The building offers many amenities including on-site mailboxes, laundry, and basic cable with HBO, a computer center with printers, game room, conference room, theater room, dining room, and a large comfortable lounge area.
